Belgium (Telecom / English) : Telecom Service Delivery and Impovement Coordinator (REF18)
Client : A leading telecom operator in Belgium
Mission:
The Fulfillment Coordinator is end - to -end responsible for the delivery of client Business products and services and provides, among other things, the necessary support, management, advice and access to internal and external customers.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Analyzing, checking and processing all deliveries, so that they can go through the predetermined process in a technically feasible manner and also support technicians and customers.
- Preparing, defining and following up partial assignments to internal and external parties so that the agreements made, delivery times, SLAs are monitored or realized.
- Continuously informing customers and other parties involved (internal and/or external) about the status, quality, progress of the tasks in order to optimize the cooperation between the services. He/she will represent the interests of Telenet in this respect.
- Keeping the documentation regarding delivered lines and services up-to-date by means of the tools and databases provided for this purpose.
- Consolidate and report lead times to internal and external customers in order to monitor on this basis whether the implementation process is running efficiently and in line with the agreed budgets and timings .
- Analyzing the IT systems used and monitoring the processes, whereby incident management and its follow-up/escalation are a necessary part, to support future IT releases.
Business experience:
- Have a good understanding of processes and supporting systems.
- Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new projects/IT systems and quickly build up new knowledge
- Experience in coordinating and following up projects on a technical level and with a strong focus on quality and correct time management (eg for the division of tasks and determination of priorities).
- Possess technical knowledge and an analytical ability to solve technical problems on current projects and orders.
- Experience working in an environment with continuous customer contact
- Being able to read and understand the customer in such a way that the needs can be responded to appropriately
Troubleshooting:
- Checking tasks, activities and processes so that the requested product/service is delivered
- Detecting and solving problems ( troubleshooting ) and taking into account how a problem fits within the broader picture (helicoper view)
- Contribute to structural (out-of- the - box) improvement proposals to limit problems.
- Carrying out feasibility checks (e.g. connectivity) and proposing corrections for this.
- Participate in pool tasking or act as a back-up in case of follow-up and/or delivery of products and/or services
- Dealing flexibly with changes that affect the process, timing, budget and/or quality.
Minimum requirements necessary to start in this position:
- Secondary education or bachelor with 1 to 3 years of experience
- Strong affinity for technical matters and the ability to absorb knowledge quickly.
Language requirements: English mandatory, FR/NL is an asset
Nice to have skills developed in the first months of this position:
Experience with network and/or telecom technology/terminology is a plus.
