We are looking for a result driven Adobe Fullstack Lead to inspire, coach and steer a team of 50+ highly skilled professionals in the domain of Digital Solutions. About the technology
The Adobe Fullstack Engineering chapter drives talent & expertise across a complete stack of technologies, ranging from front-end development (Atomic design, Angular), to API-driven applications (JAVA/Spring). The Adobe Experience Cloud is an important part of our Digital Ecosystem, bringing Digital capabilities to our customer via many channels, such as customer.be.
Your responsibilities
- You define Customer’s Digital vision and ambition, in line with the overall business strategy and the growing expectations of our customers. You gather your team and all necessary stakeholders behind this vision and drive its implementation.
- You develop the Adobe Fullstack Software Engineering ways of working. You define best practices, processes and frameworks and ensure that they are implemented within the entire Digital software lifecycle to maximize business impact and customer value.
- You attract and develop the necessary talent to deliver on your mission. You elevate your team’s output through on-the-job coaching and mentoring, competency development, t-shaping, training initiatives and more. You have a strong vision on the long-term talent roadmap for the Digital software engineering competency.
- You permanently match business demand with available resources through quarterly resource allocation and long-term strategic resource planning. You manage the relations with other business stakeholders (Product owners, Tribe leads, Chapter leads, etc.) to understand the business needs and maximize the business value that we generate.
- You strive for continuous improvement of our Digital ecosystem, with an innovative, data-driven and customer-centric mindset.
- You’re able to discuss and defend your vision with stakeholders. You’re a master in translating insights, knowledge and technical expertise into clear plans and objectives towards your chapter and stakeholders.
- You collaborate with Digital Software Analysts, Technology Leads, Enterprise Architects and other Digital functions within Customer in order to handle complex business and technical challenges and optimize processes like continuous delivery.
- You define high level Digital Adobe Fullstack budget for the forecast items/FTEs, consistent reviews with finance controllers and Digital domain management of CAPEX and OPEX budget allocation vs consumption.
This is you :
- You have a master’s degree or equivalent due to experience, and a passion for technology.
- You’re a seasoned Digital Software Engineering professional, with a proven track record of leading various technical teams in a matrix organization.
- You are strong in conceptual thinking, scenario building, strategic decision making and value & benefit thinking.
- You’re a servant leader. You understand how to build, inspire and lead a highly skilled team.
- You have experience in change management. You will guide your team through change.
- You’re a people person. You love to work with individuals and make them grow in their professional life.
- You're not going for a status quo. You are ambitious and eager to learn. You use data & insights to continually improve our value propositions and are not afraid to try things out.
- You take ownership of your projects, you set the right priorities and you have a catchy drive to mobilize stakeholders to get things done. You have impact through strong communication and storytelling skills.
- You combine strong analytical skills with a creative and positive mind Languages: Native Dutch or French speaker, with a solid knowledge of English, both spoken and written
