Application support Analyst/Specialist (REF 14)
One of our major clients in the Payment Industry is looking for an Application support Analyst , as a maintenance team member.
Mission
Within the framework of the PowerCARD maintenance, supervise and accompany the junior and experienced support consultants for the resolution of incidents in order to satisfy the HPS Solution customers.
Responsibilities
- Depending on the incident reported, ensures the consistency of the analysis of the anomaly, and coordinates the actions to be implemented.
- Ensures the developments made to resolve the anomaly.
- Ensures that unit tests are carried out and guarantees that the documentation corresponding to the modifications made is written.
- Ensures compliance with commitments in terms of deadlines and quality of work provided.
- Ensures compliance with the standards specific to its activity.
- Contributes to the improvement of the indicators of his team in order to improve the quality and the image of the company.
- Performs onsite support missions, provides first-level support training, and prepares monthly statistics related to the support activity.
- Ensures that the development standards chosen by HPS are respected in the context of its activity. Recommends the development of specific maintenance procedures.
Skills
o Oracle database (forms and report)
o PL/SQL, C, Java, flex
o Unix
o ASP operation
o Operating systems: Unix
o Knowledge of PowerCard modules
o Basic knowledge of electronic banking
o ATM, POS, networks (Visa, Mastercard)
o EMV
o Network certification (Visa, Mastercard)
